On the road again

We went up to Massachusettes to visit Nanna from Kentucky (that is her full name), Aunt Elizabeth and Uncle Tom. We had a lovely time, catching up, sleeping over and having homemade doughnuts for breakfast! Jackson hates having his picture taken...have you noticed? Usually I don't force him...but we came all that way to visit Nanna from Kentucky and it would be so nice for her to have a picture with all the kids. You can see how thrilled he was about it. He doesn't know the 'f' word yet but his friend told him that the finger means "I hate you." I think it's directed at me and Nanna from Kentucky didn't even notice...so, that makes it a nice picture.

haha... THAT is classy. I've missed your funny blog posts and I'm glad to see you've made it safely back stateside! We're going out to see Tiff & fam this weekend (we're only 2 hours apart now!) and it would be so fun if we could all get together. We'll just set up a bunch of tents in my enormous backyard and party commune style.

Very funny...you need to submit that to the awkward family photo blog. http://awkwardfamilyphotos.com/

Sad to say Noah knows the f-word...his vocabulary has really grown by leaps and bounds this year thanks to those daily bus rides...yet another reason you should be happy to be a homeschooler!

no way--ack, that is some 'tude. But Nancy Solley, she is more devil may care looking than she ever was when she had a role to uphold. I just have to say, in the words of the Beatles, Isn't she lovely....
